Unable to login to the support desk

If you are trying to login to the support desk and get an error message, then yes, you are using the incorrect login credentials for the support desk. Please note that the support desk runs on a completely separate login system than any of your other logins. This is for security purposes.

Please note the following:

  1. The support desk login email address will always be the email address that you used to send the ticket in to us.
  2. If you attempt to use a different email address than the one you used to send in your ticket, it will not work.
  3. If you send in tickets from multiple email addresses, the support system will create a new account for each address you send in from, and you will need to have the system send you passwords for any other addresses you send in from.
  4. If you send in tickets from different email addresses, they will not be visible if you login to a different account. You will only be able to see tickets sent from the email address that matches the support account for that address.

Now that you have checked to confirm what email address you sent your ticket in from, click the Forgot Password link in the top of the right column at https://support.aabox.com

Enter in the correct email address in the field presented and click the submit button. You will receive an email with your password within a few minutes. Simply take that password and use it to login to your support account at https://support.aabox.com
