How to Upgrade/Downgrade my hosting plan options?

You may upgrade your plan at any time by logging into your account manager here:


https://accounts.aabox.com/clientarea.php


Once logged in, follow these instructions:

  1. Pay any outstanding invoices by clicking on the "My Invoices
  2. Then Click the "View Invoice" next to any marked "unpaid"
  3. Click the Paypal Checkout button and complete payment.

 

Next, to upgrade downgrade:

  1. Click on "Services" >> "My Services"
  2. Click the "View Details" button next to the product in question.
  3. Click on the "Management Actions" menu and select "Upgrade/Downgrade Options"
  4. Select any options you want to change and click continue (addon domains is near the bottom of the list)
  5. Complete the checkout process.

Note, if you do not see any "Upgrade/Downgrade" options, your current plan does not support client side upgrades/downgrades. In this case, submit a support ticket at https://support.aabox.com and we will do the upgrade/downgrade for you.
